Who We Are

D4B Studio is an innovative architectural practice consisting of an extensive network of highly qualified architects, researchers and building industry specialists. Our well established strategic partnerships enable us to provide the best quality service by combining expertise from various disciplines. We continuously work on improving our efficiency by investigating innovative approaches towards design.


Vision

D4B studio designs inspiring quality spaces. We believe that our work contributes towards better living and working environment by promoting sustainable and innovative design solutions. Through following the principles of sustainability and optimisation of designs we contribute towards regeneration, revitalisation and minimising wastage.

To enable efficient creation and unconstrained evaluation of multiple design options we use rapid architectural prototypes, feasibility studies with use of latest technologies to visualise new quality of spaces. Our offer ranges from help with project objectives during pre-conceptual stage and second opinions to complete design solutions and project management.

Clients

Our clients rang from large corporate organisations to individuals involved in the building industry. We also work closely with property professionals including estate agents, development and facility managers, investors and landlords.



Team

Ewa Moskwiak

Managing Director, RIBA Charted Architect, ARB, MArch
Ewa graduated with Master of Architecture and Urban Planning following her international studies in UK, Italy and Poland, during which she was awarded for her exceptional design and academic skills. Before founding and managing D4B studio, she worked for well renowned practices and was engaged in both UK and international projects in commercial and private sectors. Her expertise ranges from multimillion mixed use projects to bespoke house conversions and interior design.



Dr Harald Braun

Operations Director, NHS Commissioning Consultant, CII Chartered Insurance Institute, PhD, MPhil, MsC, Dipl-Ing, MCAD
Dr Harald Braun has founded and developed several start-ups in the insurance, IT, healthcare sector and property sectors. He has wide consulting experience within the NHS and the application of his expertise in healthcare needs, care pathway design, patient flows and finance. He has delivered far-reaching and ongoing benefits working with over 30 CCGs to NHS patients, commissioners and providers.



Joanna Lindley

RIBA Charted Architect, BSc BArch PGDip
Joanna has worked in practices in London and Zurich, studied at Cardiff and Westminster and volunteered on a disaster reconstruction site in Peru. Joanna is as a member of The Green Register and considers the environment from the outset. In addition to architectural practice, Joanna teaches first year design and is a guest critic at the Welsh School of Architecture. She also provides consultations to home owners at Homebuilding and Renovation Show and Ecobuild.



Kenechi Udogu

RIBA Charted Architect, ARB
Kenechi graduated from Cambridge University. She is a project architect leading design of retail, education and public projects. Her expertise extends also to affordable housing. Kenechi specialises in contract administration, spatial design and services co-ordination.



Pi-Lin Quek

ARB Registered Architect, MArch
Pi-Lin is a qualified architect with experience in both UK and Malaysia. Her particular interests are in education, transport and residential projects. Her experience spans from feasibility studies, concept and detailed design, to on-site construction. She also has extensive BIM coordination experience. Pi-Lin is dedicated to delivering sustainable and functional yet beautiful schemes.



Mateusz Kowalik

Architectural Designer, MArch
Mateusz is an architectural designer with experience in corporate, retail, cultural and residential projects in UK, Netherlands and Poland. He has been involved with loft conversions, mixed use projects, conversions from office to residential use, office fit outs and refurbishments.
